RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Pikolinos offers as much conveniences at the time of buying and at the time to make changes or returns. All the products can be returned with 15 days from the date the order was received by the customer, without incurring any type of penalty and at no expense to the customer, including those corresponding to the return of the item.
Please follow the return instructions listed under your country of residence.
EUROPE
1.- Go the “My Account,” select the order you want to return and complete our return form.
2.- Once you have completed the return form, print a copy and attach it to the product you intend to return or simply indicate the return number on the outside of the box. It is important that the product that you are returning is in its original state, not used or damaged. It should be returned in the original shoe box, with the labels, original packing materials y complimentary materials that were included in the box.
3.- Our transportation company will contact you to coordinate the pickup from the address specified on the return form.
USA
1.- Go to “My Account,” select the order that you would like to return and complete our return form.
2.- Once you have completed the return form, print a copy and attach it to the product you intend to return or simply indicate the return number on the outside of the shipping box. The product that you are returning must be in new condition and sent in the original shipping box and packaging, which includes all complementary materials.
3.- Please enclose your item, remove the original label and place the UPS return shipping label (included with your order) on the package to be returned.
4. Once your return package is ready, take it to your local UPS store, or nearest UPS drop-off (call 1-800-742-5877 or visit www.ups.com/dropoff to locate the one nearest you).
After the item is received and it is confirmed that the item is in prefect condition, we will credit your credit or debit card which will be issued in accordance with the conditions of your bank. We will inform via e-mail you once the credit has been realized. Occasionally, in cases where payment was made with a credit card, credit is issued when settlement of the credit card is done and in cases where payment was made with a debit card, the account will be credit within a maximum of 4 days. If you want to CHANGE your pair (by another style, colour or size), you must first of all apply for a RETURN of your pair (please, read the instructions given in the previous paragraph) and afterwards make a new purchase order of your desired style.
Returns or exchanges will not accept by our Pikolinos stores or Pikolinos points of sale. Pikolinos will only accept returns that fulfill the conditions previously detailed and that follow the established procedure.
