PIKOLINOS now offers a new online store, an additional service in which you will find a store open 24 hours a day, every day of the year and where you can purchase Pikolinos products from the convenience of your computer. Following you have the general conditions which regulate the purchase through www.pikolinos.com. In this sense the use of this web site entails the acceptance of the general conditions.
REGISTER
To purchase from our Pikolinos online store, you first need to register. Your personal information will be saved to make future purchases faster. To set up an account and purchase from our online store, select “Register”. If you have already registered to purchase from our online store but forgotten your password, select “Register,” click on the “Have you forgotten you password?” option, enter your e-mail address, select “Continue” and will immediately receive an e-mail with your password.
PURCHASING PROCEDURE
Purchasing through the Pikolinos online store is very easy!!! Upon entering our online store you will notice various ways of searching and the selelcting products. You may choose by style, type, availability of sizes or view all our products and sort them by price.
To view an item in more detail, click on the image and a file will appear with 4 different views, the ability zoom, features of the selected style and available colors.
Once you have selected the item you would like to purchase, select the size. If you are uncertain of the correct size conversion, you may check out our sizing guide by clicking “Do you know your size?”. Select your preferred colour, the quantity and click “Add to cart”. To confirm your purchases, select “My cart”, then select “Confirm order” and you will progress to the “Identification” page. If you haven’t already registered, you will be required to fill out the requested information and select “Accept.” If you are already a user, select “Go to my account” and enter your username and password.
Once you are in your account you will be able to view your cart; select “Confirm order” and you will progress to “Shipment and Payment.” Here you will need to specify if you would like the order to be shipped to an existing shipping address or alternate shipping address and then, to make a payment with your credit or debit card, select “Finalize order”. Once payment has been completed, you will see the order Confirmation record and immediately receive mentioned confirmation via e-mail.

The Pikolinos online store is currently available to purchase for deliveries in GERMANY, AUSTRIA, BELGIUM, BULGARIA, CYPRUS, DENMARK, ESTONIA, FRANCE, FINLAND, GREECE, HOLLAND, HUNGARY, IRELAND, ITALY, LITHUANIA, LUXEMBURG, MALTA, POLAND, PORTUGAL (Peninsula), CZECH REPUBLIC, ROMANIA, SLOVAKIA, SPAIN (Canarias, Ceuta & Melilla are excluded), SWEDEN, UNITED KINGDOM &UNITED STATES.
PRODUCT PRICING
The price of our product is in EUROS, DOLLARS or POUNDS (and includes taxes in accordance the Spanish Law). In the final summary of the sale, you will be shown a definite price or total, indicating the amount corresponding to the price of the determined product and the amount corresponding to the applied taxes based on the country selected in the shipment information.
In relation to taxes, as a general rule a 18% VAT will be applied to all European Union countries where these taxes are applicable.
Displayed prices can be revised and modified by PIKOLINOS at any moment.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
All confirmed orders from our online store will be shipped within a maximum of 1-4 business days by one of our couriers. As soon as the order leaves our warehouses, we will send an e-mail confirming the shipment of the order. The Pikolinos online store offers convenience and flexibility in that we offer FREE shipping to any country (both ways).
To optimize delivery, indicate the address to which the order can be delivered within workings hours. The courier will deliver the order during the usual work schedule. If the delivery cannot be complete within 2 attempts, the courier will notify the failure to perform the delivery due to absence at the destination and leave a note with instructions to pick it up from the nearest office
The Pikolinos online store will not be considered responsible for not fulfilling the subscribed contract in the case of the exhaustion of the stock or unavailability of product, dire circumstances, activity interruption or complete or partial strike- especially of postal services and other means of transportation or communication- flood or fire.
Our PIKOLINOS online shop does not deliver to Post Office Boxes (PO BOX). Please detail all the necessary information of delivery address. If you provide us full information your order will be delivered on time. If under dire circumstances, the order could not be delivered, the total cost of the purchase will be returned.

PRODUCT GUARANTEE
Products purchased from our online store maintain the same guarantee as those purchased from all our stores and points of sales. That is, a quality guarantee against defects due to manufacture and/or materials used in the brand’s products (this is not at guarantee against use and wear) for a period of two year from the purchase date.
