Pikolinos now has a new and convenient online store. Here you can view and buy all of our Pikolinos products 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
Below we have stated the general terms and conditions which apply when purchasing from www.pikolinos.com. By using this web site you are accepting the general conditions of purchase.
REGISTRATION
To purchase from our Pikolinos online store, you will first need to register. Your personal information will be saved to facilitate a faster purchasing process in future. To set up an account and to purchase from our online store, simply click on “Sign in” and “Sign up for a new account”. If you have already registered but have forgotten your password, select “Sign in” and then click on “Request a new password”. Next, enter your e-mail address and select “Continue” and you will immediately receive an e-mail with your password.
PURCHASING PROCEDURE
Purchasing through the Pikolinos online store is very easy. When you enter our store you will notice various ways of searching for and selecting products. You can sort our products by a number of categories, such as style, type, and availability of sizes. You can even view all of our products and sort them by price.
To view an item in more detail, click on the image and a file will appear with 4 different views of the chosen item. You will also be given the ability to zoom into the images, view features of the selected product and see the available colours.
Once you have selected the item you would like to purchase, just select the size. If you are uncertain about your size simply check out our sizing guide by clicking the “Size guide”. Select the colour you want and the quantity, and then click “Add to cart”. To confirm your purchases, select “My cart”, and then select “Confirm order”. You will then progress to the “Identification” page. If you haven’t already registered, you will be required to fill out the requested information and to select “OK”. If you are already a user, select “Go to my account” and enter your username and password.
Once you are in your account you will be able to view your shopping cart. Simply select “Confirm order” and you will progress to “Shipment and Payment”. Here you will need to specify if you would like the order to be shipped to an existing shipping address or to another address. Next you can make your payment using your credit or debit card and select “Finalize order”. Once payment has been completed, you will see the order confirmation and you will receive a written confirmation via e-mail within minutes.

The Pikolinos online store can currently deliver to the following countries: GERMANY, AUSTRIA, BELGIUM, BULGARIA, CYPRUS, DENMARK, ESTONIA, FRANCE, FINLAND, GREECE, HOLLAND, HUNGARY, IRELAND, ITALY, LITHUANIA, LUXEMBOURG, MALTA, POLAND, PORTUGAL (Peninsula), CZECH REPUBLIC, ROMANIA, SLOVAKIA, SPAIN (the Canary Islands, Ceuta & Melilla are excluded), SWEDEN, UNITED KINGDOM & UNITED STATES.
PRODUCT PRICING
The prices of our products are in EURO, DOLLARS or POUNDS. They include taxes in accordance the Spanish Law. In the final summary of your purchase you will be shown a final price together with a breakdown showing the cost of the individual product(s) and the total cost of taxes based on the country selected in the shipment information.
As a general rule a 21% VAT will be applied to all European Union countries where these taxes are applicable. Pikolinos reserves the right to revise and modify displayed prices at any time.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
All confirmed orders from our online store will be shipped within 5 working days. As soon as the order leaves our warehouse, we will send an e-mail confirming the shipment of the order. The Pikolinos online store offers you the added convenience and flexibility by offering FREE shipping to any country (including returns).
To optimize our delivery process, please indicate the address to which the order can be delivered during working hours. The courier will deliver the order during the usual working timetable. If the delivery cannot be completed within 2 attempts, the courier will record his failure to carry out the delivery due to the absence of the recipient at the destination. The courier will leave a note with instructions to pick up the order from the recipient’s nearest post office.
The Pikolinos online store will not be held responsible for failing to fulfil the contract in the case of the following: the exhaustion of the stock or unavailability of the product, force majeure, activity interruption or complete/partial strikes (most notably of postal services and other means of transportation or communication), floods or fire.
Our online shop does not deliver to Post Office Boxes (PO BOX). Please give all the necessary information of the delivery address. If you provide us with full information your order will be delivered on time. If under extreme circumstances the order could not be delivered, the total cost of the purchase will be returned in full.

For additional security, the Pikolinos online store never has access to confidential information related to payments. This information is not stored and the bank information of each user will be requested for each new transaction.
PRODUCT GUARANTEE
Products purchased from our online store have the same guarantee as those purchased from our stores and points of sale. Our product guarantees protect against items that are defective due to manufacturing and/or material imperfections. This is not at guarantee against use and wear.
