Competition terms and conditions

  1. This competition (the "Promotion") is organised by Pikolinos Intercontinental, S.A., registered address in Elche (Alicante), and is open to all www.pikolinos.com visitors over the age of 18.
  2. Pikolinos Intercontinental, S.A. reserves the right to postpone, cancel, amend the rules of, repeat or terminate the competition at any time in case of exceptional circumstances and shall give notification of such circumstances so as to avoid any harm to entrants in the competition.
  3. PIKOLINOS reserves the right to amend or replace any of these Terms and Conditions and to include new services to enhance the competition at any time in whole or in part without prior notice to the entrant. Mere publication on the website shall be sufficient for such amendment, replacement or inclusion of any of the Terms and Conditions to be known by the entrant prior to taking part in the competition.
  4. Additionally PIKOLINOS may at its sole discretion suspend an entrant or disqualify any application in the event that the circumstances are beyond the control of PIKOLINOS or make such steps advisable. The entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to PIKOLINOS as a result.
  5. By taking part in this Promotion the entrant accepts these Terms and Conditions. The effective participation of entrants in the competition by the means set out herein will unequivocally and without exception mean they have accepted all the requirements and regulations stipulated herein.
  6. Start and end dates: from 10.00am hours on 01/08/2019 to 09:00 am hours on 31/10/2019 Spanish time. Entries subsequent to the above date will not be considered for the competition.
  7. Pikolinos Intercontinental, S.A. reserves the exclusive right to reject entrants if it considers that the above conditions have been violated.
  8. To enter, participants must register at www.pikolinos.com. Participants must complete all fields correctly in order to enter the competition.
  9. The prize consists of 1 pair of Pikolinos shoes of the Spring-Summer 2019 collection.
  10. One winner will be chosen from among all the complete and correct entries received before the end date using a random combination computer system.
  11. The Promoter will contact the winner by email within the week following the end date of the Promotion. The Promoter will send an email to the winner from the email address info@pikolinos.com
  12. The winner must confirm receipt of the email within 72 hours after it is sent. Pikolinos Intercontinental, S.A. reserves the right to replace the winner by another entrant. The winner may be replaced if he or she does not accept the prize, refuses to transfer his or her image rights or PIKOLINOS is unable to contact him or her.
  13. The prize is not redeemable for cash.
  14. The prize is personal and non-transferable.
  15. The winner allows the Promoter to use his or her name in advertisements and publicity for promotional purposes with no additional compensation.
  16. The Promoter will use the name and personal details of the winner and each entrant for the purpose of administering this competition.
  17. In compliance with data protection regulations, it is hereby stated that the personal details provided by entrants will be processed by Pikolinos Intercontinental, S.A.
  18. LAW AND JURISDICTION:

    Interpretation and enforcement of these terms and conditions will be governed by Spanish law. PIKOLINOS INTERCONTINENTAL and the entrants in the competition expressly waive any other venue to which they may be entitled and submit the resolution of any disputes arising from the terms and conditions or the holding or outcome of the competition to the jurisdiction of the courts of Elche, except in the case of consumer disputes in which case it will be the one established by the Act.

  19. Each entrant agrees to take part in the competition legitimately in compliance with Spanish law. In addition the entrant agrees to comply with the laws of the country of which he or she is a citizen, in which he or she resides or which he or she is in at the time of registration.
