How to Clean and Care for Your Leather Bags
To care for your Pikolinos bags, follow the basic steps of our most classic cleaning routine:
Here are the instructions to follow to clean your Pikolinos shoes and bags.
Remove excess dirt with a slightly damp cotton cloth or a natural bristle brush.
If your bag has a fabric handle that can be removed, take it off and then remove any excess dirt.
Once dry, apply the neutral colourless cream to the bag, gently rubbing it with a clean, dry cotton cloth or a natural bristle brush.
Nourish your bag with the beeswax sponge, which will restore the leather’s natural shine and help keep it looking like new.
Once dry, put the handle back on and, if you are going to store it, fill it with paper so it keeps its shape and is perfectly preserved from one season to the next. Remember to let it dry away from draughts and direct sunlight.
