The verifiable rights request must provide sufficient information and documentation to allow us to verify that you (or an authorized agent) are the person about whom we collected personal information. We will not provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity and/or authority to make the rights request and confirm the personal information belongs to you or the represented individual. Making a rights request does not require you to create an account with us. We use personal information provided in a verifiable rights request solely to verify the requestor's identity or authority to make the request.

If you have an account with us, we will deliver our response to the email address for that account. If you do not have an account with us, we will deliver our response by US mail or electronically at the email address in your request, at your option. All disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the verifiable rights request's receipt. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable.

We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable rights request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.

In the last 12 months, Pikolinos has not sold personal information to any third party.


The Website that links to this Policy is intended only for Customers in the United States. If you choose to provide Pikolinos with your information, you consent to the transfer, storage, and processing of that information on our and/or Salesforce.com servers located in the United States and/or around the world. The information collected by Pikolinos or Salesforce.com may be subject to international and U.S. state and federal law. If you are accessing our Website from outside the U.S., please be advised that you are transferring your personal information to us in the United States where data protection and privacy laws may be different from the laws of your country. The language applicable to this Privacy Policy is English. Any version of the policy in a language other than English is offered for your convenience and to make it easier to understand. If there is any conflict between this English language Privacy Policy and any translated version of the Privacy Policy, i.e. Spanish, the English version controls.
